• Establish barriers and protect adjacent finishes, public routes and existing services. • Carefully remove the approved sections of paving, deck supports and defective finishes. Record and safely store reusable materials. • Repair the fountain basin, substrate, defective drainage channels/outlets and deck support system in accordance with the approved repair design. • Supply and install the approved waterproofing system, including surface preparation, joints, corners and sealing around service penetrations. • Carry out the approved waterproofing test, rectify defects and obtain inspection acceptance before covering the work. • Reinstate approved deck supports and paving after acceptance of concealed services, ensuring stable surfaces, suitable drainage falls, slip-resistant finishes and maintenance access. • Remove debris and submit completion photographs, waterproofing warranties. • Inspect and repair the supports carrying the granite slabs, including frames, pedestals, brackets, fixings and connections.
