Mawarid System (ERP)
According to the directives of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed Bin Humaid AlNuaimi, Ruler’s representative of the administrative and financial affairs and chairman of the Department of Finance -Ajman Government. Mawarid System was launched in 2009 in an attempt to achieve integration and unification of business processes among the operations of the financial and administrative affairs on the level of the departments of Ajman Emirate.
Services provided under Mawarid System (ERP) are as follows:
Self service:
Self services enable Ajman employees to communicate with their correspondent HR department , as the services allow employees to:

Ajman government recommends all employees to revert back to their HR department before using the service for the first time.
Employees can access the link of Mawared as the same manner as used internally.
Financial System
The financial track comprises a set of coherent applications which constitute altogether an integrated electronic financial system for managing the financial operations across Ajman government departments.
Human Resources Management System
The Human Resources Management track is composed of a set of modules by which it forms an electronic system for managing all the operations relating to the employees and employment.
Procurement and Inventory Management Track
It comprises of a series of actions that streamline the process of procure-to-pay, derives policy compliance and controls expenditures.
