Chilled Water System Chemical Treatment, Testing

Carry out initial water analysis and submit the existing water condition, proposed treatment method, and target acceptance ranges before dosing. • Provide an itemized proposal for the following chemicals, or technically approved equivalents: • Accepta 894 – Silicate-Based Corrosion Inhibitor. • Accepta 2337 – Nitrite-Based Corrosion Inhibitor. • Accepta 2886 – Microbiocide. • Submit chemical quantities and dosage calculations based on the confirmed system volume, initial analysis, and manufacturer’s recommendations, together with product datasheets and Safety Data Sheets. • Supply and dose the approved chemicals and circulate the treated water throughout the complete network and connected equipment. • Include 20 onsite water analysis visits, with a clearly defined monitoring period and visit schedule. • Include corrective chemical dosing during the agreed treatment and monitoring period, clearly stating the included quantities and any exclusions. • Monitor relevant water-quality parameters and chemical concentrations and submit a report after each visit. • Include final chemical analysis covering pH, conductivity, TDS, applicable inhibitor concentration, and dissolved iron, plus a final microbiological analysis for Total Bacterial Count (TBC), through an appropriately accredited laboratory. • Submit final laboratory results against the agreed acceptance ranges, treatment records, and recommendations for ongoing maintenance. • Identify missing isolation valves by unit, location, size, and quantity, and submit any required installation works as a separately priced item. • Clearly identify and separately price any necessary flushing, cleaning, or other preparatory works. • Provide a price breakdown for chemicals, dosing, monitoring visits, and laboratory testing, together with the execution schedule, required shutdowns, and exclusions. • Include all manpower, equipment, consumables, and safety measures required for the works.
