"Ajman Finance": a financial plan for the years 2022-2024

The Ajman Government Department of Finance organized a virtual workshop via video communication technology on the mechanism for preparing the financial plan for the years 2022-2024, as part of its efforts to achieve a balance between growth, economic stability and financial sustainability in the emirate. Through this initiative, the department seeks to empower cadres in the local government agencies in Ajman in the financial field and train them on how to use the smart financial planning system to be able to prepare effective financial plans, and to adopt various well-studied financial strategies and policies in setting the annual budget. The workshop was attended by 90 employees and officials, including senior financial officials from all government departments in the Emirate of Ajman. Marwan Ahmed Al Ali, Director General of the Department of Finance in the Government of Ajman, said, "The department is constantly working on adopting innovative methodologies and best practices, to keep pace with changes and benefit from lessons and experiences, in order to ensure financial stability in the emirate. This workshop comes within the framework of our keenness to support government agencies in Ajman, and our belief in the necessity of concerted efforts and joint work to reach a dynamic financial system, and thus support the achievement of strategic goals in all government departments and move forward in the process of sustainable development at the level of the Emirate of Ajman.”
