“Ajman Finance” concludes the analysis and planning course

The Department of Finance in Ajman concluded a training course in the IBM Planning and Analysis System, which ran between the months of July and August, aimed at enhancing and building the trainees’ basic skills and informing them of all the capabilities of the system, for optimal use and improving performance by using the system’s tools. The course dealt with various axes, including an introduction to the management of planning and financial performance, an overview of the main tools of planning and analysis on the IBM system, in addition to the mechanism of preparing the financial plan and the annual budget in light of the use of the smart financial planning system by enabling the trainees to use Analytics >> ülsJi IBM Planning In developing planning, analysis and budgeting systems, dashboards, and reports, to update sophisticated scenario models and to perform in-depth, multidimensional analysis. Abdullah Al-Janahi, Director of Government Budgets Department in the department, confirmed that during the course, the department’s employees were trained and enabled to make optimal use of the smart financial planning and analysis system.
