Ajman Finance continues to enhance the efficiency of functional cadres with specialized courses

As part of its efforts to develop the competencies of financial sector employees in various government agencies, the Ajman Department of Finance implemented 100% of its specialized training courses for the year 2019, which targeted financial job holders in the Ajman government.
The courses are designed to meet the needs of all concerned employees, and help them enhance their capabilities by focusing on financial issues, whether in the field of revenues, accounts, budgets and related electronic systems.

His Excellency Marwan Ahmed Al Ali, Director General of the Department in Ajman, stressed the status of the training program and its importance in developing the expertise of financial employees in order to keep pace with the current changes as well as work to enhance their knowledge, refine their skills and raise the level of their performance. The training program for 2019 was developed with the aim of continuing the implementation of Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid’s vision Al Nuaimi, Head of the Finance Department, on enhancing the financial performance at the Ajman government level. His Excellency pointed out that the Department of Finance undertakes illiterate training, especially as it is an essential tributary of supporting the efficiency of the staff, especially as it is in line with the strategic objectives of the Department of Finance, and in line with the human resource development programs in the emirate to build capabilities and prepare a qualified cadre to achieve the goals of Ajman Vision 2021.

His Excellency the Director-General indicated the department's keenness to ensure that the course participants receive the best forms of training and scientific material, and thanked the lecturers and supervisors of the training program that was prepared based on the results of evaluating the capabilities of all Ajman government employees, as they were classified into groups and qualitative levels to benefit from the courses provided, with the aim of Raising the efficiency of human resources working in government agencies, especially financial departments, in line with the requirements of practical reality and in the interest of institutional work.
He added that the Department of Finance sought to prepare a training plan for workers in the accounting and financial field, by attracting the best specialists in this field in coordination with specialized agencies and centers. Indicating that 100% of the training program for the year 2019 has been implemented.
The department had recently concluded its training program for the year 2019 with a training course in internal audit skills aimed at establishing trainees and raising their professional competence to keep abreast of developments and developments and provide them with advanced strategies in internal auditing in accordance with the newly issued international standards.
