In the context of achieving its strategic plan and enhancing joint cooperation with various government agencies, the Ajman Finance Department, with its strategic partners, held a workshop on the institutional development project aimed at discussing the project's objectives, the proposed work plan, and the expected stages and outputs. The workshop was attended by representatives from various government agencies in Ajman. The workshop included an interactive brainstorming session that led to the identification of a set of ideas that contribute to formulating the most important directions for the next stage. Mr. Muhammad Jassim, Director of the Strategy and Project Management Office, indicated that the institutional development project aims to study and evaluate the current situation of the Department of Finance and determine its strategic priorities, with the aim of reviewing and updating the department’s strategic system for the years 2021-2020, developing its performance indicators, reviewing and updating its organizational structure and the tasks and competencies of organizational units. . He added that the organization of this workshop comes in implementation of the participatory approach adopted by the department to enhance cooperation with government departments and agencies from strategic partners, in order to support joint cooperation and provide the necessary ingredients and facilities that will achieve comprehensive development aimed at achieving the vision of Ajman 2021, stressing that this workshop is keen to involve All partners embody the importance of their role in the success of the department.
