Ajman Finance continues to implement its urgent plans of precautionary and preventive measures taken by the state to contribute to limiting the spread of the new Corona virus, which will help protect the department’s employees and customers. The department played an active role in enhancing the state's efforts to preserve the health and safety of government employees, as it took a series of practical plans that would protect employees, ensure business continuity and provide services at the level of government agencies in the Emirate of Ajman, within a safe and sound work environment, benefiting from the infrastructure technology, and the smart and electronic systems available to it. Among the most prominent practical plans in this context, remote work was implemented for the employees of the department based on the guiding guide for remote work in government agencies in the Emirate of Ajman in order to ensure the continuity of business and services in cases of emergencies, disasters and crises. In light of the current situation, the department was keen to raise the efficiency and effectiveness of the government's financial work systems and optimal investment in the provision of training and e-learning services at the level of the Ajman government, in order to enhance the distance learning culture; With its leading features and attributes. From this point of view, the department launched the virtual sessions service via the e-learning portal, which enables government employees to attend the workshops and training courses it holds through the “Millionist Portal” and follow them through their electronic devices with ease.
