“Ajman Finance”: The return of all employees to the workplace after the Eid Al-Adha holiday

The Ajman Finance Department said that the return of employees to work by 100 percent will be after the Eid al-Adha holiday on Monday, August 3, according to precautionary and preventive measures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

The department has implemented a plan for the gradual return to work until the total return of employees is completed, with a commitment to apply the exception to the category of employees with chronic diseases based on a medical report approved by the competent medical authorities in the emirate, according to a press release of the department.

Marwan Ahmed Al Ali, Director General of the Department of Finance, said: "Ajman Finance is committed to implementing the instructions contained in Circular No. (13) of 2020 regarding raising the percentage of return to workplaces in government agencies in the Emirate of Ajman by 100 percent and taking into account the strict application of all preventive measures, to prevent the spread of the virus. Novel Corona.”

Al Ali added: "We are working to continue to encourage customers to use the department's systems and smart platforms that enable them to complete all their transactions at any time and place in a manner that saves their time and effort, which proved a great success during the period of remote work, as the department's services were accomplished through its smart applications. .

He noted: "In preparation for the return of employees, the business continuity team in the department distributed prevention guidelines in various places from entrances, offices, and waiting areas, which included prevention guidelines and how to maintain physical distance, and the safe use of office tools.

And he continued, "The department also activated the face print, after stopping the use of the fingerprint device in the attendance and departure system for all department employees, as part of the precautionary and preventive measures against the Corona virus.

Khaled Al Shamsi, Director of Human and Financial Resources Department at the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, at the beginning of this month, confirmed the return of 75% of the chamber's employees to their workplaces to practice their job duties.
