Humaid Al Nuaimi returns the form of "Ajman Executive" headed by Ammar bin Humaid

His Highness Sheikh Hamed bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, issued Emiri Decree No. 2021 regarding the restructuring of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ajman, headed by His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman. The issuance of this decree comes after reviewing Emiri Decree No. 4 of 2014 regarding the reorganization of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ajman and its amendments, and Emiri Decree No. 2 of 2016 regarding the formation of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Ajman, and based on what was presented by His Highness, Crown Prince of Ajman, Chairman of the Executive Council. The council includes in its membership Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, representative of His Highness the Ruler of Ajman for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Vice Chairman of the Council, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation and Chairman of the Tourism Development Department, Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Head of the Municipality and Planning Department, and Sheikh Dr. Majid bin Saeed Al Nuaimi, Head of the Emiri Court, Sheikh Muhammad bin Ali Al Nuaimi, Head of the Justice and Courts Department in Ajman, Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Sultan Al Nuaimi, Head of the Port and Customs Department, and Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah bin Sultan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police. The council also includes in its membership the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry Abdullah Muhammad Al Muwaiji, in addition to the Director General of the Municipality and Planning Department, the Director General of the Economic Development Department, the Director General of the Finance Department, the Director General of the Tourism Development Department, the Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, and the Director General The Transport Authority, the Director General of the Department of Legal Affairs of the Government of Ajman, the Director General of the Human Resources Department of the Government of Ajman, and the Director General of the Ajman Digital Department. The decree stipulated that Dr. Saeed Seif Al Matrooshi would continue in his current position as Secretary-General of the Executive Council. Amiri Decree No. 2 of 2016 referred to, as well as any text or provision that contradicts the provisions of this decree, shall be repealed, and shall be effective from the date of its issuance and published in the Official Gazette.
