Tharaa X invites qualified organisations, freelancers and independent startup scouts worldwide to register their interest in identifying, attracting and referring high-potential founders and startups. Respondents may register for specific countries, cities, regions, sectors, universities, founder communities or recruitment channels. Worldwide coverage is not mandatory. This RFI will assess geographic and sector coverage, access to founder networks, sourcing experience, recruitment capacity, methodology, data-protection practices and indicative commercial terms. Tharaa X may later invite suitable respondents to cohort-specific requests for quotation or sourcing assignments.
